    Participants will design their own lessons focused on the components of Danielson that will now be evaluated. Special emphasis will be given to developing questioning techniques and ways to create vibrant student-centered classrooms in which students learn from one another. Strategies for managing the challenges that arise when differentiating instruction for all learners will also be addressed.

    This workshop covers Danielson components: 2a, 3b, 3c. This workshop is specifically tailored for high school teachers. A $10 fee is required to participate.

    Broken into two five-hour classes, our 10-hour course for informal providers covers everything from food and fire safety to behavior management and appropriate discipline to the specific educational and nutritional needs of infants. Informal providers who complete the full 10-hour course, including both class A and B, will receive a certificate and be eligible to apply for a higher, “enhanced” market rate from the city.
