Child care subsidy
The Liberty Zone project was created to improve access to child care assistance.
If you live or work below 14th Street, you may be eligible for a child
care subsidy from the state of New York.
Parents have the freedom to choose their child care providers, as long
as they are within the five boroughs and are willing to participate in
the program.
Income Eligibility Guidelines
Size of family unit is based on the number of parents and children living
in the eligible household, even if others (i.e., grandparents) reside
there as well.

Suite 1206 in Manhattan. Assistance is awarded on a first come, first
served basis.
