President Clinton's White House signing of the Long Term Care Security Act

On September 19, 2000 Jack Macfadden, retired teacher member of the NYC United Federation of Teachers & American Federation of Teachers, member of the National Council of Jewish Women's Mont. Co. Md. section, and Senior Vice Commander of the Jewish War Veterans Dept of D.C. was asked by Frank Stella to attend President Clinton's White House signing of the Long Term Care Security Act for Federal employees, Military & Families. These lower group insurance premiums for personal, home, day, Nursing Home & Alzheimer care will include guaranteed renew ability, portability, & non forfeiture by October 2002 to help aging family members cope with enormous financial burdens. Only 1.5% of all Americans have this insurance privately.
