Long Term Care Insurance

Whereas, Long-term Care Insurance has become increasingly necessary due to greater-longevity;

Whereas, many of our members have purchased Long-term Care Insurance at considerable expense; therefore be it

Resolved, that the UFT urge the AFT and the AFL-CIO to seek legislation which would provide a tax credit under the Internal Revenue Code for Long-term Care Insurance premiums.
