- The Guidelines contain provisions of Education Law, Commissioner's Regulations and State Education Department policy. They form the legal basis of Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs in the schools of the state. The web-based version of the Guidelines is also intended to assist administrators maintain quality CTE programs and help school counselors guide students in the selection of programs of study.
- CTE Skills Achievement Profile
- is a tool for documenting the career and technical skills proficiency level acquired by students with disabilities receiving an Individualized Education Program (IEP) Diploma. Schools and BOCES can offer it to students with disabilities who have taken career and technical education courses.
