In this interactive talk, Dr. Shelly Latte-Naor, an assistant attending physician at Memorial Sloan Kettering, will explore the concept of mindfulness and how the practice of mindfulness can improve our health. You will become familiar with all aspects of the body’s natural stress response, its effects on daily life, and also learn concrete practices to foster resilience. Dr. Latte will lead the group through guided meditations and provide resources for ongoing learning and support.
