How do I get coverage for my 21-year-old son?
If your son is currently covered, dependent coverage will continue automatically until age 26. If he is not currently covered or is on COBRA, you can apply for no-cost Welfare Fund Coverage by completing the Age 26 form. This coverage is subject to eligibility requirements listed on the form.
