Mulgrew visits PS 107, Queens

UFT President Michael Mulgrew paid an early morning visit to PS 107. In a wide-ranging discussion, he credited the increase in education funding from Albany to the work the union has been doing and called the news a “mini miracle” in these tough economic times. He advised members to keep logs of time spent doing SESIS-related tasks and spoke of the success of the Community Learning Center approach to education that he observed in Cincinnati, Ohio.
