- GIVE NOTICE IF RETIRING OR RESIGNING
- The union is encouraging all members who plan to retire or resign before the beginning of the next school year to inform their school administration as soon as possible so that we can help reduce the number of ATRs in the system and give interested members a chance to secure positions in a timely manner.
- UFT SUMMER HOURS
- UFT borough offices will be open June 29 to July 1 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. On July 2 they will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The offices will be closed on July 5 in observance of Independence Day. From July 6 through September 2 all borough offices will be open Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. All UFT offices will be closed on Monday, September 6, in observance of Labor Day. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, September 7.
