- HEED CERTIFICATION WARNING
- About 2,600 teachers have received warning letters from the Department of Education saying they will lose their jobs at the end of June if they do not have their certification status in order. It is important that members follow the letter instructions as soon as possible. They will soon receive a follow-up letter from the union offering workshops in each borough to answer members' questions.
