The IAC actively seeks to recruit teaching professionals and support staff who share an interest in this tradition and can offer their academic experience and organizational skills to achieve the committee’s goals.

At the Committee's monthly meetings, lectures and/or workshops are given by fellow teachers and presenters from the scientific and engineering academic and industrial communities.

To serve as the bridge connecting the labor movement and organized veterans in an effort to preserve a society based on economic and social justice.
