article thirty
ARTICLE THIRTY

DURATION
This Agreement and each of its provisions shall be effective as of June 1, 2003 and shall continue in full force and effect through October 12, 2007.
Negotiations for a subsequent Agreement will commence no sooner than April 12, 2007 upon request of either party filed two weeks in advance or as otherwise mutually agreed.
