This agreement and each of its provisions shall be effective as of June 1, 2003 and shall continue in full force and effect through October 12, 2007.
Negotiations for a subsequent Agreement will commence no sooner than April 12, 2007 upon request of either party filed two weeks in advance, or as otherwise mutually agreed.
