How to Obtain Additional Information

For a copy of the New York City Department of Education's Personnel Memorandum No. 51, 1997-98 that includes the application for a reasonable accommodation or for answers to questions you might have regarding the laws that cover reasonable accommodations you can call your UFT Borough Office or one of the following UFT staff members:
