"Conversations" with Randi on SI

On November 27, 2007 Staten Island New Teachers had the opportunity to meet Randi Weingarten up front and personal at Cafe Del Mondo restaurant. Teachers spoke to Randi about issues that affected them personally and professionally covering a wide range of issues. Randi engaged in friendly conversation and tried to resolve all the issues presented. Teachers were impressed with her and with the UFT for giving them the opportunity to have a real "conversation" and to enjoy a wonderful dinner.
