The president visits ... PS/IS 180, Brooklyn

When UFT President Randi Weingarten got a letter from Principal Gary Williams praising the great work Chapter Leader Lynette Azar is doing at PS/IS 180, she decided to check out the Brooklyn school — obviously a school that works and works well. It turned out to be an early-morning celebration of cooperation and collaboration; a morning of smiles, compliments, flowers and plaques with 100 staffers in attendance.
New teacher Bradley Klein thanks Weingarten for all the UFT has done on behalf of teachers and children.
