TRS sends letter regarding ING

The New York City Teachers’ Retirement System is sending a letter to all UFT, Council of School Supervisors and Administrators, and Professional Staff Congress members regarding the state attorney general’s investigation of the financial services firm ING’s relationship with NYSUT. The UFT is not involved in the attorney general’s NYSUT-ING investigations because UFT members have Tax Deferred Annuity accounts (403(b))invested by TRS. The TRS executive director is sending this letter to all TRS members.
