Does the UFT Welfare Fund know where you live?

The optional rider reimbursement checks will be sent to eligible retirees in March. If you moved last year, make sure the UFT Welfare Fund has your current address.
Now is the time to inform the Fund of any address changes so that your reimbursement check does not go astray. You can change your address online on the Welfare Fund’s Web site — or request a Change of Status form by calling the Forms Hotline at 1-212-539-0539. Mail any changes to: UFT Welfare Fund, 52 Broadway, New York, NY 10004.
