UFT member Regina Carlton, who runs the Little Lions Early Learn Academy in East New York, Brooklyn, held a stepping-up ceremony on Aug. 5 for youngsters moving on to pre-K and then celebrated with a barbecue and block party, complete with a petting zoo and cartoon characters.
