WHEREAS, Workers at the New Museum for Contemporary Art are attempting to unionize under UAW Local 2110 in order to secure a living wage and improve working conditions; and

WHEREAS, New Museum management immediately hired a firm to conduct an anti-union, worker intimidation campaign at the museum to dissuade workers form joining UAW 2110; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the UFT stands with the New Museum employees in their effort to organize and join UAW Local 2110.
