Arbitration decision on chapter leader access to school budget
In a 2009 arbitration decision, the arbitrator ordered the Department of Education to require principals to give chapter leaders access to the school leadership team view of the Galaxy Table of Organization twice a year.
Chapter leaders can use this budget information to participate more completely in the consultation process regarding budget. In addition, principals must give chapter leaders a copy of budget modifications that they make during the school year.
