New York City Coaches Association/UFT

Hexagon with red background and symbol of whistle to represent UFT Coaches Committee

The New York City Coaches Association/UFT represents the interests of New York City public school coaches inside our union, the United Federation of Teachers. Our purpose is two-fold: to make sure coaches are treated fairly by school administrators and to bring unfair treatment to the attention of the appropriate union officials; and to provide training and a venue for information-sharing on coaching. We also host an annual awards dinner for coaches in the spring.

Our members are high school teachers who coach in addition to their other responsibilities. They coach all sports played at the secondary school level in the New York City public school system. Please complete the enrollment form below to join us!
