We created an expansive classroom library for our 2nd-graders that is rich in quantity and quality. All the books are clearly labeled and organized into levels from A to Z. There is a wide range of powerful literature just waiting for the children to dive into. The 'baskets full of books' include genres such as mystery, history, science and comics. The students are given the opportunity to 'independently' shop for books that spark their interests!
