In attendance:

• UFT: Leslie McDonnell, OT/PT chapter leader, and Laura Tamburo, special representative and therapist liaison
• DOE: OT Director Suzanne Sanchez and PT Director Carlo Vialu

The following was discussed:

• Number of new hires in the regions – approximately 100 OT/PTs.
• Part-time working hours- letter will be sent out to phase in the school hours.
• Assignment Lists/Rosters will be sent when finished.
• Website under DSwDell – Office of Related Services, but suggestion was made to separate the “required” paperwork from the “resources.”
• Orientation Powerpoint will be reviewed, and if necessary clarifications will be sent out to the members.
• Supervisor and manager contact information shared.
• SESIS issues need to have therapists let their supervisors know to assist in remedies.
