Inspired by Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech, my classroom door is decorated with my students' dreams of what and who they want to be someday. Every day as they line up, they will be reminded that if there's faith, there is hope; if there's struggle, there's success; and that there's no limit to one's dreams.
