Complete your 2016 NYC School Survey online. The survey will remain available until April 1.

Schools should have received a delivery of postcards for the teacher survey during the week of Feb. 22. These postcards contain the 7-digit access codes that teachers must use in order to complete the survey. School survey coordinators should have distributed the postcards to teachers. Teachers who have lost their survey materials should call the Survey Hotline at 1-800-690-8603 to request their access code.
