Have you moved this year? All UFT members employed by the Department of Education should be aware that if you have moved or have a new address, you need to update your mailing address in the DOE system by Monday, Dec. 15 at the latest, before W-2s are generated for 2014. 

To avoid having incorrect information on your W-2s, you can change, correct or verify the address currently in the system on the payroll portal at https://payrollportal.nycboe.net or by contacting HR Connect at 718-935-4000.

For all members whose address has not changed, no action is needed.
