The following email was sent to all attendance teachers from UFT Elections Coordinator Yasmin Colon on Thursday, March 18.

Every three years, members of the School Secretaries Chapter have the opportunity to elect their chapter’s leadership. The election will again take place by mail ballot. The American Arbitration Association (AAA) will oversee the process and count the ballots.

School Secretaries Chapter members will be electing a chapter leader and four other officers, 10 at-large Executive Committee members and delegates to the Delegate Assembly.

The term of office for these positions is three years beginning July 1, 2021.
