There is an upcoming special NYC Health Benefits Open Enrollment Period for active employees, which will be held during the month of April 2019 (from April 1, 2019 to April 30, 2019), with an effective date of July 1, 2019.

During this special open enrollment period, employees may transfer into any city health plan for which they are eligible, add or drop the Optional Rider, or add or drop dependent(s).
