Due to severe weather conditions, all New York City district schools are closed Tuesday, March 14. Afterschool programs, adult education, YABC programs and PSAL activities are cancelled.

DOE central and field offices will remain open.

NYC public schools and UFT offices will be open Wednesday, March 15.

The following events have also been canceled:

• UFT Lobby Day in Albany (postponed until Monday, March 27)
• RTC general membership meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 14
• Social Workers and Psychologists Executive Board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 14
• UFT Queens parent workshop scheduled for Tuesday, March 14 (will be rescheduled)
• Si Beagle courses trips, and seminars for Tuesday, March 14 and Wednesday, March 15
• Per Diem Committee technology workshop scheduled for Tuesday, March 14
• Hispanic Affairs Committee professional development workshop scheduled for Wednesday, March 15
