Genesis of exodus

New York Teacher

Your article “UFT report shows exodus of experienced teachers” [March 6 issue] was predicted by many of the rank-and-file teachers during the Bloomberg years.

1. Constant abuse from supervisors.

2. Lack of consequences for students who are behavior problems.

3. Tons of mindless paperwork that is filed and then never read.
