MyLibraryNYC program successes

New York Teacher

I have been in MyLibraryNYC since the first year. Teachers just use their library card (educator card provided) to order online what they want (up to 100 books!) and the books are delivered to our school.

My pre-K class really enjoys the books in the big red and black bin that we get from MyLibraryNYC. Kudos to our school librarian Gwynn White!

Great to see children excited about books. Read. Study. Explore. The world is yours. That’s my motto. I’ve passed it on to my students. Phyllis Murray, retired

Use your library card barcode and log on to www.mylibrarynyc.org and check out the Teacher Sets — bins of books grouped by theme, genre or subject. Books will be delivered to your school by UPS and must be returned to the library after the six-week loan period ends (pre-paid UPS pick up).
