My son was suspended from his charter school six times last year. He missed school from March to the end of June 2014. I cried out for help and never received it. Not just from his schoool, from Albany as well. I never received any help so I just took him out of that school.

That's one way to rid your school of children with IEPs. Investigate!

Charter schools are good for one thing only: taking money away from public schools. If a child has behavior issues, they send that child back to public schools but they keep the money. Why not send children back with the money they get for them? That money belongs to the school the child is now attending.
