Roberson and UFT Director of Staff and Assistant Secretary LeRoy Barr, who took home a Special Recognition Award for his work to advance career and technical education.

Graphic arts teacher Leo Gordon of Staten Island’s Ralph McKee HS was also a big winner, taking home an award from software company Adobe for his “dedication to teaching 21st century digital communication skills” to his students and a LearnKey Award from educational technology company LearnKey.
