Mulgrew visits IS 72, Staten Island

UFT President Michael Mulgrew and the union’s Positive Learning Collaborative team welcomed the staff at IS 72 on Staten Island to the PLC, a joint initiative of the UFT and the city Department of Education that supports schools in creating a positive learning environment.
