Mulgrew visits IS 98, Brooklyn

UFT President Michael Mulgrew met with educators at IS 98, Bay Academy, in Brooklyn to talk about the challenges to public education at the federal and state levels. He also explored the campus and classrooms with Jackie Herman, the school’s chapter leader.
