UFT President Michael Mulgrew praised the staff of Manhattan’s Beacon HS — whose changes using the Progressive Redesign Opportunity Schools for Excellence (PROSE) program continues to show progress — for their organization, teamwork and compelling data at a morning visit on Oct. 17.
