Mulgrew visits HS for Environmental Studies and Independence HS, Manhattan

UFT members from HS for Environmental Studies and Independence HS in Manhattan gathered in the library on March 13 to discuss topics such as the state budget, teacher evaluations, school discipline and paid parental leave with UFT President Michael Mulgrew.
