Mulgrew visits Manhattan Village Academy
UFT President Michael Mulgrew discussed the state of teacher evaluations and the shifting balance of power between the State Education Department and the Board of Regents; the pending reauthorization of the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act; and the need for greater collaboration between schools during a meeting with members at Manhattan Village Academy on April 23.
