Mulgrew visits Marsh Avenue Expeditionary Learning School, Staten Island

UFT President Michael Mulgrew joined Chancellor Carmen Fariña on a visit to the Marsh Avenue Expeditionary Learning School on Staten Island to wish teachers well on the first day of classes. The group stopped into Liz Bengels’ 8th-grade music appreciation class, where Mulgrew and Fariña checked in on students as they listened to a recording of “Swan Lake.”
