Mulgrew visits PS 16, PS 74 and PS 10, Staten Island
The state budget, standardized tests, teacher evaluations, the Friedrichs case decision and family leave time were among the topics discussed by UFT President Michael Mulgrew and UFT members from co-located PS 16, PS 74 and PS 10 on Staten Island during an April 5 meeting.
