Mulgrew visits PS 19, PS 20 and PS 21, Staten Island
UFT President Michael Mulgrew visited three Staten Island schools on Oct. 27, leading a chapter meeting PS 20 before walking through nearby PS 21 and PS 19, where he observed UFT members educating students in their classrooms and learned about programs unique to each school.
