Mulgrew visits PS 230, Brooklyn

UFT President Michael Mulgrew on Oct. 6 visited with UFT members at PS 230, a Pre-K–5 school in Kensington, Brooklyn, that has more than 1,000 students enrolled and where 23 languages are spoken.
