Mulgrew visits PS 24, Riverdale

UFT President Michael Mulgrew discussed the new contract during an early-morning meeting on Oct. 7 at PS 24 in Riverdale, the Bronx, where he emphasized the opportunity it provides for educators to engage in “professional learning.”
