Mulgrew visits PS 269, Brooklyn

UFT President Michael Mulgrew met with the staff at PS 269 in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, on May 16 to discuss New York City’s educational challenges and achievements and praise them for coming together as a group to create a positive school climate.
