Mulgrew visits PS 29, Staten Island

Educators arrived early at PS 29 on Staten Island to hear UFT President Michael Mulgrew discuss the current issues, including the possible ramifications of the pending Friedrichs Supreme Court case, and to ask him questions about other topics on Oct. 13.
