Mulgrew visits PS 57 and PS 273, the Bronx
UFT President Michael Mulgrew met with about 60 members from two schools that share a building in the Belmont section of the Bronx — PS 57, Crescent School, and PS 273, Frederick Douglass Academy V — to discuss issues ranging from class size to tenure.
