Mulgrew visits PS/IS 126

UFT President Michael Mulgrew met with the staff of Chinatown’s PS/IS 126 for a wide-ranging discussion that touched on, among other topics, the state budget, the importance of the union’s political work, the status of contract negotiations, special education reform, teacher evaluations and the expected drop in state test scores this year.
