UFT President Michael Mulgrew visited classrooms and met informally with teachers at Richmond Hill HS and Townsend Harris HS during morning meetings at the two Queens schools on Sept. 20. Mulgrew stressed the importance of voting no on the question of a constitutional convention on Election Day.
