Mulgrew visits South Richmond HS, Staten Island

More than 200 educators from South Richmond HS IS/PS 25 on Staten Island, a grade 1–12 District 75 school, started the year with a pep talk and update from UFT President Michael Mulgrew during a return-to-school breakfast at the South Richmond HS site on Sept. 8.
