Lillian Kohler (left), a district representative on Staten Island, found that whenever there’s a need, the go-to person at the Staten Island School of Civic Leadership is the borough’s Secretary of the Year, Rebecca Pietromonaco Mele. They are joined by Chapter Leader Mona Gonzalez.
